Full 24 hour service.
We have trained and experienced staff available 24 hours a day to ensure your lift is repaired quickly and efficiently.

PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and risk assessment reports.
Depending on the type of lift and customer requirements this includes servicing the lift in 2, 4, 6 or more annual visits. These visit can be tailored to your specific requirements.

Risk assessment reports are undertaken prior to any work carried out to your lift. This ensures a safe working environment at all times.

Modernisation and Refurbishment
This includes a free survey, recommendations of work required and a firm quotation prior to work commencement.

Repairs to all types and makes of lifts
Our Pro-active repair teams are available for emergency callouts/repairs at all times. This ensures rapid response and
efficient repairs with the minimum of down time.

Installation of passenger, goods and service lifts
21st Century Lifts installs lifts of all types and sizes. We offer quality, experience and professional advice as standard.

Test and Commissioning - We are a Notified Body Accredited Company.
Testing and commissioning of new lifts includes those we have installed and acting as an accredited company for the independent inspection of a lift installed by a third party.

Surveys. To include DDA (Disabled Discrimination Act) works.
Initial Survey of equipment to advise of the requirements is free of charge. This would be followed by a firm quotation and schedule of works.

LG1 Inspections carried out to all types of lifts.
SaFed LG1 Inspections are a recommended supplementary inspection. These are annual, five yearly and a ten yearly inspections that include a more comprehensive testing of a lift.
